Check CUHK Email Through Web Browser

Prerequisite (for Students and Staff)

For Students and Staff, you must have your account enrolled to 2-factor authentication (2FA) in order to access University email.  If you haven't done so, please visit the following links.

Solution

You can access University email through Outlook on the web (formerly known as Outlook Web Access or OWA).

Steps:

1. Visit CUHK Office 365 using any web browser.
       請瀏覽 CUHK Office 365 網頁。
   
   
2. Enter your CUHK email address and your OnePass password.
       請輸入你的大學電郵地址及 OnePass 密碼。
      
   
   
3. (For Students and Staff only) Verify your identity using 2FA: click Send Me a Push and respond to the DUO push message from your mobile phone.
       （只適用於學生和教職員）以雙重認証核實你的身份：點選 Send Me a Push，然後於你的手機回應 DUO 雙重認證訊息。
   
   
   
   
   
   
4. After successful sign in, click app launcher  on the top left hand corner.
       完成登入後，點選頁面左上角的應用程式啟動器 。
   
       
   
   
5. Click Outlook.  This will open Outlook on the web.
       點選 Outlook。這樣會打開 Outlook 網頁版。
   
      
   
   
6. You should see your email now.  For more information about using Outlook on the web, please visit Microsoft 365 support.

7. Finally, don't forget to Sign out after use.
       使用後，緊記登出。
